About this plugin
The plugin supports in-house legal work across contract review, NDA triage, compliance checks, legal risk assessment, briefings and templated responses. Its skills also cover vendor checks, signature requests and organising legal precedent research.
Configure the organisation's negotiation positions, risk tolerances, standard terms and jurisdiction in a local legal.local.md playbook. It works with Cowork and Claude Code; the README provides installation commands for the Legal plugin. Its default examples reflect US legal positions, so qualified lawyers should review and adapt the playbook before relying on its analysis.
