About this plugin
This plugin adds persistent memory to Claude Cowork sessions, which run in temporary cloud containers. Hooks register sessions and turns, stream truncated tool-use fragments to cmem.ai, and inject compiled observations into new sessions and spawned agents. Claude-Mem Pro runs the observer service server-side.
Set it up by saying "set up claude-mem" in a Cowork session and providing the credentials from cmem.ai's Connect page. It can fall back to memory search when the ingest endpoints are unavailable, and hooks fail silently when unconfigured or unreachable so sessions continue to run.
