Open Skills is a directory of agent skills for Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Cursor and other agents. It is edited by hand.
What this is
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file that teaches an AI agent how to do one job. There are far more of them than anyone can read, so this site keeps a short list. Each listing says what the skill does, who wrote it, which agents it works with and the command that installs it, and links to the source repository. We do not host other people's skill files.
How it is run
Open Skills is edited by hand: an editor decides what is listed and how it is described. We have not tested every skill ourselves, and a listing says so until we have. First-hand notes are added to a listing as we review it. There is no posting schedule. The guides and the blog get a new piece when there is something worth writing down.
The directory is free to browse and needs no account. The site runs on Cloudflare Workers.
Notes and corrections
Notes and corrections are welcome. If a listing is wrong or out of date, or a skill you rely on is missing, tell us and we will look at it.
