Using Agent Skills skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Maps incoming work to a development phase and selects relevant skills, from discovery and specification through implementation, testing, review and launch. It supports multi-skill sequences and shared practices for surfacing assumptions, resolving confusion, limiting scope, simplifying solutions and verifying results.

When to use it. Use at the start of a session or whenever the right workflow is unclear. It is a meta-skill for finding and coordinating task-specific skills rather than replacing those workflows.
