About this skill
What it does. Assesses feature size, ambiguity and risk, then creates a checked-in PRODUCT.md and, when warranted, a TECH.md under the relevant ticket directory. It can create a Linear issue first, guide implementation from approved specs, and update the documents when behaviour, architecture or validation changes.
When to use it. For substantial Warp features, cross-cutting changes, risky behaviour changes or agent-driven implementation. It is usually unnecessary for small bug fixes, straightforward refactors and narrow UI changes with little ambiguity.
