About this skill

What it does. Interviews stakeholders, then produces a deal-desk specification with a tiered matrix for price, payment, services, contract risk and security concessions. It defines margin floors, prohibited terms, exception intake, SLA clocks, escalation, delegates, precedent controls and threshold provenance, with rules-driven equivalents for PLG and B2C.

When to use it. Use for non-standard deal approvals, discount governance and exception handling. It does not cover general business-process approvals, pricing strategy, packaging or tiers.
