About this skill
What it does. Interviews for business inputs, measurement confidence and decision ownership, then derives break-even ROAS, allowable CAC and a cash cap instead of importing benchmarks. It compares policy architectures and produces a signable policy covering metric layers, counter-metrics, evidence-gated kill and restart rules, governance and review cadence.
When to use it. Use for B2B or B2C decisions about affordable CAC, ROAS floors, pausing spend or approving increases. It does not judge whether current performance is good or monitor daily budget pacing, and stops if margin or conversion data is unreliable.
