Planning with Files plugin: what it installs and how to add it

The plugin gives long-running coding-agent tasks a persistent plan stored in three project files: task_plan.md, findings.md, and progress.md. Lifecycle hooks inject selected planning context on each turn, so work can continue after /clear, crashes, or context compaction.

Use it when a task needs explicit goals, ongoing findings, and recoverable progress. Automatic recovery reads project files only; explicit catchup modes can use same-project local session records for aggregate counts or bounded excerpts. It has no network upload path and includes translated planning skills for Arabic, German, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
