About this plugin
The plugin turns the current conversation into a structured handoff for another agent. It records the goal, state, decisions, open questions and relevant skills, recommends skills for the next session, and checks the document before writing it. A redaction linter can run in strict or warning mode, while cleanup avoids deleting handoffs that the user has edited.
On first use, setup asks where to save handoffs, such as a temporary directory, home folder or project .handoff/ directory. A SessionStart hook loads the latest handoff into the next session, and a SessionEnd hook reminds the user when recent context has not been saved. It uses standard-library Python with no external dependencies.
