Wecom CLI Smartsheet skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Manages WeCom Smart Sheets through wecom-cli, reading and updating sheets, fields, records, views and charts. It supports cell, row and column styling, validates changes after writing, and switches to a Webhook workflow when record writes return an authority error.

When to use it. Use it for Smart Sheet content, structure, data and styling operations, including creating or importing table content with templates. It does not handle online spreadsheets, file permissions, renaming, deletion, search, exports, history or predictive and causal analysis.
