AnnData skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Creates, reads, writes and transforms AnnData objects containing measurements and annotations. It covers h5ad and Zarr I/O, backed and sparse data, subsetting, concatenation with ad.concat, metadata handling and large-dataset workflows.

When to use it. For managing annotated matrices and integrating them with the scverse ecosystem. Use Scanpy for analysis, scvi-tools for probabilistic models and cellxgene-census for population-scale queries.
