Wecomcli Sheet skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Uses wecom-cli to create or import online spreadsheets, read and write cells, manage sheets, ranges, rows, columns, styles, validation, filters, conditional formatting and version history. It also reads, analyses and edits local .xlsx, .xlsm, .xls, .csv and .tsv files.

When to use it. Use it for WeCom online spreadsheet links or local spreadsheet processing. It does not handle document permissions, document content, smart sheets, online spreadsheet charts or exporting online spreadsheets to local files.
