Roadmap Planning skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Guides product teams from business goals, customer problems, technical constraints and stakeholder requests to a sequenced roadmap. It defines epic hypotheses and success metrics, estimates effort, applies prioritisation frameworks, maps dependencies, checks capacity and prepares a stakeholder presentation.

When to use it. For quarterly, annual or multi-team roadmap planning, strategy translation and stakeholder alignment. It is not intended for tactical sprint planning, unclear strategy or situations where stakeholders expect fixed date commitments.
