About this skill
What it does. Extracts load-bearing claims from a PRD, roadmap or strategy, steelmans each one, then attacks it with falsifiable failure conditions. It ranks the highest-value assumptions and returns evidence to gather, kill criteria and the cheapest test for each, plus what holds up and what cannot be assessed.
When to use it. Use before committing to a plan or preparing it for executive review, especially when assumptions need pressure-testing. It can compare a second model's assessment when explicitly requested.
