Product Strategy Session skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Orchestrates a six-phase, 2-4 week process from positioning and personas through problem validation, solution exploration, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and execution planning. Decision points trigger further interviews or experiments, producing positioning, problem statements, prioritised epics, roadmap releases and initial user stories.

When to use it. Use for new products, major initiatives, repositioning or strategic planning that needs cross-functional alignment. It is not intended for already validated strategy, tactical feature work or efforts without executive sponsorship.
