About this skill
What it does. Asks up to four adaptive questions about product stage, team context, decision needs and available data. It recommends a suitable prioritisation framework, explains the fit and limitations, and provides implementation steps, an example template, an alternative and common pitfalls.
When to use it. Use it when choosing or changing a framework, aligning stakeholders or reducing recurring prioritisation disputes. It is not intended for one-off decisions, teams with a working framework or replacing product strategy.
