Feature Investment Advisor skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Guides an interactive financial assessment of a feature, covering revenue or retention impact, development and ongoing costs, contribution margin, ROI, payback and strategic value. It asks adaptive questions, calculates scenarios and produces build-now, build-later, strategic-build or don't-build recommendations with next steps.

When to use it. For feature prioritisation, build/buy decisions and roadmap requests with measurable financial impact. It is not intended for table-stakes work, features under one week's effort, purely qualitative benefits or unvalidated problems that still need discovery.
