About this skill
What it does. Turns an initiative into an if/then hypothesis naming the action, target persona and desired outcome. It adds small discovery experiments, measurable validation criteria and a decision to proceed, pivot or stop, then supports breaking validated epics into user stories.
When to use it. Use before roadmap or delivery planning to test uncertain, outcome-focused initiatives. Skip it for well-validated or trivial features, or where experiments are not feasible.
