Epic Breakdown Advisor skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Guides an interactive review of an epic, first checking INVEST criteria, then applying nine Humanizing Work patterns in sequence. It produces thin end-to-end stories with acceptance criteria, rationale, estimates and a review of low-value or uneven work.

When to use it. Use it when an epic is too large to estimate, sequence or deliver safely. It does not split non-valuable technical tasks, and recommends stabilising chaotic work or running a time-boxed spike when uncertainty blocks the breakdown.
