About this skill
What it does. Runs an interactive workshop with up to five adaptive questions about the actor, scenario, journey phases, actions, thoughts and emotions. It produces a structured journey map with pain points and ranked opportunities for improvement, using supplied research and context where available.
When to use it. Use it to understand an end-to-end customer experience, align teams and prioritise discovery problems. It is not a feature roadmap, service blueprint, user story map or substitute for user research, and does not apply to purely technical refactoring.
