About this skill
What it does. Builds a paid-media audience plan from sourced ICP and buying-signal evidence, separating durable attributes from time-sensitive intent. It sizes first-party, retargeting, lookalike, behavioural, broad and interest tiers against platform floors, sets budgets and test order, and creates exclusions to prevent overlap. The output is a plan, not platform setup, with compliance checks and evidence recorded for each tier.
When to use it. For B2B or B2C ad targeting, audience-layer decisions, overlap control and budgeted testing. It does not choose lookalike seeds or design the sequence of retargeting messages.
