About this plugin

The plugin supports in-house employment law workflows for hiring and termination reviews, worker classification, wage and hour questions, policy drafting, handbook updates, leave tracking and internal investigations. It learns the organisation's states and countries during a cold-start interview, then uses that jurisdictional footprint to flag issues and draft cited materials for attorney review.

It also tracks leave and investigation data in a persistent local configuration directory, which should be backed up and access-controlled because it may contain sensitive personnel information. Jurisdiction-specific rules are researched at the time of review, so the session needs access to web search, legal research integrations or internal reference materials. Close calls and new jurisdictions require outside counsel engagement.
