About this plugin
Corporate Legal supports in-house counsel across M&A, board and company secretarial work, public company governance and entity management. It reviews document sets, extracts cited diligence issues, builds tabular reviews and schedules, drafts board consents and minutes, and tracks closing, integration and compliance work.
Outputs are drafts for attorney review, with source citations, issue flags and confirmation gates for consequential actions. Slack, Google Drive, SharePoint, Box, Intralinks and Datasite workflows require separately configured MCP servers; without them, the plugin writes drafts and trackers locally.
