About this skill
What it does. Guides the creation of a new skill and its improvement over iterations: capture the intent, interview and research, write the SKILL.md, create test prompts, run them with and without the skill, grade the results in a viewer, then rewrite the skill from the feedback.
When to use it. When you want to create a skill from scratch, edit or improve an existing one, or measure how a skill performs with evals.
