About this skill
What it does. Interviews stakeholders about revenue systems, operating constraints and reporting disputes, then compares three governance models before seeking approval. It produces an object-level SOR/SOT table, identity-resolution plan, signed metric taxonomy, focused data-contract register, federated ownership model and rollout plan.
When to use it. For conflicting revenue figures, unclear system authority, cross-team data contracts or identity problems across B2B, PLG/B2C and hybrid motions. It does not cover CRM field-level governance rules.
