Neon Postgres Egress Optimizer skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Guides a four-step Neon workflow: diagnose transfer-heavy queries with pg_stat_statements, inspect the codebase, fix overfetching, missing pagination, application-side aggregation and JOIN duplication, then verify responses and measured usage. It also describes neon.ts settings for cheaper non-production branches.

When to use it. For high Neon bills, egress spikes or query reviews aimed at reducing database data transfer. Use the parent Neon skill for general Neon setup and development guidance; this skill does not replace those broader instructions.
