About this skill
What it does. Configures branch-scoped Neon Object Storage buckets in neon.ts, provisions them with neon deploy, and pulls AWS-compatible credentials into the environment. It supports the Files SDK or AWS S3 clients for uploads, downloads, listing and presigned URLs, with private or public-read access and branch logs.
When to use it. Use it for application uploads, attachments, avatars, documents and generated assets when storage should branch with the database. It is not intended for static app assets or website hosting.
