About this skill
What it does. Interviews stakeholders, instruments routing stages, fixes lead-to-account matching and builds a versioned first-match rule ladder. It selects a distribution method, adds catch-all and acceptance escalation, then produces a routing matrix, synthetic tests, monitoring plan and staged rollout.
When to use it. For B2B, B2C or PLG inbound lead assignment, territory coverage and round-robin issues. It does not design lead scoring; an existing score is used only as a routing input.
