Dart Use Ffigen skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Sets up ffigen as a development dependency, creates tool/ffigen.dart, and configures header parsing, targeted declarations, generated output, licences and optional tree-shaking metadata. It runs the generator and checks the package with dart analyze.

When to use it. For new or extended C, Objective-C or Swift FFI integrations, especially when native headers are available. It does not support manually editing generated bindings or replacing generator errors with hand-written fixes.
