Dart Use Doc Examples skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Adds external files to dartdoc with the {@example} directive, resolving package-root or relative paths and selecting language and indentation. It can extract named regions, hide setup lines, and recommends dart analyze plus optional dart doc verification.

When to use it. For multi-line documentation examples that should remain analyzable, lintable and executable in standalone files. It does not support network URLs, and marker filtering only applies when a named region is selected.
