Dart Setup FFI Assets skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Sets up Dart Native Assets hooks for C/C++ libraries, using hook/build.dart to compile local sources or download verified binaries and hook/link.dart for tree-shaking. It covers shared library specifications, FFIgen record-use mappings, platform toolchains, hash checks and output verification.

When to use it. Applies when integrating C/C++ code with Dart or Flutter through package:hooks, package:native_toolchain_c and Code Assets, especially when choosing between local compilation and precompiled downloads. It also covers offline local-build fallbacks and symbol-export checks.
