About this skill
What it does. Converts an idea or source material into a spec folder containing a five-field kernel, optional content-specific companion files and an append-only decision log. It supports create and update runs, preserves stable capability IDs, separates kernel content from detail, and validates coherence and source preservation before returning the result.
When to use it. Use for creating, updating or validating BMad specifications from briefs, PRDs, transcripts, notes or related artefacts. Sparse input can be expressed with open questions or explored interactively; genuinely thin input is redirected to a fuller requirements workflow.
