About this skill
What it does. Guides creation, updating or validation of a PRD in the BMad Method. It calibrates discovery to project stakes, gathers user context and research, chooses a fast or coaching path, and produces a structured PRD with stable requirements, an addendum and an append-only decision log. Review and reconciliation passes surface gaps before finalisation.
When to use it. For new, existing or draft PRDs that need development or critique. Validation is critique-only; one-page briefs, product-idea vetting, game work, express builds and agent-skill design are routed elsewhere.
