About this skill
What it does. Guides a questioning conversation to clarify an idea, challenge its central claim or resolve open decisions. It draws on BMad and generated personas, records decisions and assumptions, and can produce a short brief and an HTML outcome report.
When to use it. For examining a new idea or a change to an existing project before planning. The result may be a hardened idea, a rejected idea or clearer understanding without a brief.
