About this plugin
The plugin brings Pinecone vector database operations into Claude Code. It supports creating and describing indexes, upserting and querying data through the Pinecone MCP server, and exploring integrated indexes with natural-language queries.
Use it to prototype semantic search, RAG, recommendation, and document Q&A workflows. The quickstart can initialise Python projects and create AGENTS.md files, while Pinecone Assistant features require uv. Set the PINECONE_API_KEY environment variable before use; the Pinecone CLI is optional.
