About this plugin

This plugin guides you through creating an Anthropic MCP tunnel for a server inside a private network. Its command checks local prerequisites, creates certificates, prepares the proxy and Docker Compose configuration, and starts and verifies the tunnel stack. You provide the tunnel details and register the generated CA certificate in the Claude Console; the token is stored in a locked-down, gitignored environment file.

Reach for it when you need to test or expose an existing MCP server without opening inbound ports. It can also scaffold a verifiable FastMCP sample server. Docker, Docker Compose and OpenSSL are required, along with access to the Claude Console and outbound connectivity. The tunnel uses Cloudflare's cloudflared agent and is described as a research preview.
