About this plugin
Lumen indexes a codebase with Go AST parsing and local embedding models, then exposes vector search to Claude through an MCP server. It helps the agent locate relevant code without reading entire files and keeps source and search data on your machine.
Use it when you want semantic code search without cloud services, API keys, npm or an external database. It requires Ollama or LM Studio with an embedding model installed and running, such as the documented Ollama model.
