About this plugin
The plugin supports vendor agreement, NDA, and SaaS subscription reviews against a team-specific playbook. A first-run interview learns your sales-side or purchasing-side positions from your guidance and signed agreements, then produces cited draft reviews, redlines, escalation requests, and summaries for business stakeholders.
It also tracks renewal and cancel-by deadlines, traces amendments, and routes issues to the appropriate approver. Outputs are drafts for attorney review rather than legal conclusions, and consequential actions require explicit confirmation.
