About this skill

What it does. Reads a markdown input pile end to end, proposes 2–3 openings, and works with the writer to choose an angle and establish prerequisites. It then builds a separate article block by block, debating structure and appending each agreed paragraph or element without changing the source.

When to use it. Use it when exploratory material has been gathered and needs a committed article structure. It does not mine new material, edit the raw file, or publish and format the result for a specific platform.
