About this skill
What it does. Runs an exploratory interview that captures thoughts, claims, scenes, quotes and useful phrases as readable fragments. It appends them to one Markdown file, preserving existing edits, using a working-title H1 and horizontal rules between fragments.
When to use it. Use it to widen the possibilities for an article or other piece before deciding what it means or how it should be organised. It does not create outlines, impose phases or commit the material to an article structure.
