What-If Oracle skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Frames a research decision with its comparator, perturbation, horizon, outcomes and evidence, then explores three to six scenario branches. It compares responses, records assumptions and confidence, and produces contingency plans, decision triggers and next evidence checks without estimating unsupported probabilities or causal effects.

When to use it. For research planning, experimental contingencies and scientific decisions affected by uncertainty. It does not replace power calculations, numerical simulations, causal estimators or executed experiments.
