Clinical Decision Support skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Builds research-only clinical decision-support documentation from templates, including intended-use, evidence profiles, aggregate cohort tables, survival plans, model evaluation, traceability and de-identification checklists. Runs dependency-free local Python validators and generators, with disclosure controls and human-review fields.

When to use it. For synthetic or aggregate research, evaluation and governance work. It excludes patient-specific care, live clinical operation, row-level data, treatment recommendations and claims of compliance or authorisation.
