About this skill

What it does. Uses the WeCom CLI to upload a local file and return its media ID, or download a file from a supplied media ID and return its local path. It handles file transfer only and does not inspect file contents.

When to use it. Use it when a workflow needs to move a file between WeCom and a local path. Media IDs must come from the user or another workflow; links and protected file-preview URLs cannot be downloaded through this skill.
