About this skill

What it does. Queries authorised or recently active WeCom chat sessions, matches the requested recipient, and sends Markdown, images, files, AMR voice messages or videos through wecom-cli. Local media is uploaded first when a reusable media ID is not available.

When to use it. Use it to message an authorised user or a single or group chat returned by the current session list. It cannot send to recipients outside that list unless they are the authorised user.
