About this skill

What it does. Turns a feature or user need into a Markdown user story using Mike Cohn's 'As a / I want to / so that' format, then adds Gherkin-style acceptance criteria with one When and one Then. It checks persona, outcome, alignment and testability, and can generate a deterministic template from CLI inputs.

When to use it. Use for backlog grooming, sprint planning and translating validated needs into development-ready work. Do not use it for technical debt, refactoring, oversized stories that need splitting, or problems that have not yet been understood.
