User Personas skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Reads CSV, Excel, survey responses, interviews or other research, identifies recurring motivations, behaviours and segments, then produces three distinct personas. Each includes demographics, a primary job-to-be-done, top three pains and gains, an unexpected insight, product fit, direct quotes where available and data gaps.

When to use it. For turning user research into product decision profiles or segmenting users around shared behaviours and outcomes. It grounds personas in supplied research rather than demographic assumptions.
