About this skill

What it does. Creates a gate ledger before work, then uses a depth tree to split larger tasks into owned leaves and branches. Runs only inspected, approved checks, records evidence and re-verifies results before reporting met, unmet or abandoned gates.

When to use it. For long or multi-part work, exhaustive audits and builds, parallel pipelines, or work that was left incomplete. It says not to create gates for trivial edits or factual replies.
