About this skill
What it does. Reviews a finished epic folder in the ticket tree against its epic file, ticket plans, diffs and commits. It follows the rendered workflow to produce a retrospective with sourced findings, action items and an acceptance decision, with headless operation supported.
When to use it. Use it after an epic is finished, when its implementation evidence is available and a retrospective or acceptance decision is needed. If BMAD is not set up, it offers the BMAD setup; other command failures are reported and stop the workflow.
