Sprint Plan skill: what it does and how to install it

What it does. Estimates capacity from team availability and recent velocity, reserving a 15-20% buffer. Selects ready backlog stories, maps dependencies, sequences work, identifies risks and mitigations, then produces a markdown sprint plan with a goal, commitments, owners and remaining capacity.

When to use it. When preparing sprint planning, estimating capacity, selecting stories, or balancing scope against velocity. It can use backlogs, team rosters, velocity data and previous sprint reports supplied as files.
