About this skill
What it does. Maintains one append-only TSV row per meaningful decision, checkpoint, pivot or blocker, recording the reason, evidence pointer and result. It provides a logging helper, guidance on local or committed storage, and end-of-run audits against the agent transcript plus cross-model review.
When to use it. For /show-me-your-work, autonomous or multi-phase runs, and work that someone will review later. The log is local by default and is committed only when its audit trail is needed to support trust in the result.
